A beautifully-crafted sandwich stacked high with thinly sliced deli meats, sweet peppers with a briny olive tapenade.

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a medium bowl, combine bell pepper, both olives, red onion, parsley, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerator until ready to use.

4. Cut bread in half. Spread both halves with olive mixture. Layer the bottom half of bread with lettuce leaves, bologna, cheese, salami and ham.

5. Replace top bread half and cut into 4 wedges and serve.
