Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse fresh produce.
- In a medium bowl, combine bell pepper, both olives, red onion, parsley, oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerator until ready to use.
- Cut bread in half. Spread both halves with olive mixture. Layer the bottom half of bread with lettuce leaves, bologna, cheese, salami and ham.
- Replace top bread half and cut into 4 wedges and serve.
