Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Cut steak in half lengthwise, then crosswise into 1/8-inch strips. Toss with 1 tablespoon garlic and red pepper. Wash hands after handling raw steak.

4. Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

5. Add half of steak; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink and it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer. Remove from skillet. Repeat with remaining steak. Wash hands after handling raw steak.

6. Add remaining 1 tablespoon garlic, green onions, oyster sauce, sugar and ginger to same skillet; cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce is hot.

7. Return steak to skillet. Add bamboo shoots or other vegetables; cook and stir until everything is hot. Serve over rice.
