1. In a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed, whip cream cheese until smooth. Add prepared pudding and mix until combined; fold in whipped topping.
2. Layer eight 5-oz. decorative dessert jars or glasses in this order: crumbled brownie, toffee bits, cookies and raspberries. Top each with cream cheese mixture and more crumbled brownies, toffee bits, cookies and raspberries.
3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
