Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside.
4. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Form each piece into an 8-inch round crust; transfer to prepared baking sheet and brush each with ½ tablespoon olive oil. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Repeat with remaining dough.
5. Evenly spread each crust with 3 tablespoons pesto and top each with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Evenly top each with remaining ingredients and bake for 7 minutes or until cheese has melted.
6. Immediately top each with 1/4 cup feta cheese and serve.
