Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside.
3. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Form each piece into an 8-inch round crust; transfer to prepared baking sheet and brush each with ½ tablespoon olive oil. Bake for 7-9 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Repeat with remaining dough.
4. Evenly spread each crust with 3 tablespoons pesto and top each with ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Evenly top each with remaining ingredients and bake for 7 minutes or until cheese has melted.
5. Immediately top each with ¼ cup feta cheese and serve.
