- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse fresh produce.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add meatloaf, chili powder, cumin and tomato sauce and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Serve in taco shells with refried beans and your favorite toppings.
