Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

3. On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent dough and stack both sheets on top of each other pinching seams together as needed. Using a rolling pin, form dough into a 11”x 18” rectangle.

4. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins, flour, pecans and melted butter with a fork until well combined. Scatter filling evenly over dough.

5. Starting at a long end of the rectangle, roll dough into a tight log. Transfer to baking sheet and form into a circle, seam-side down. Secure ends as needed by overlapping or pinching them together. Using a sharp knife, make deep cuts every inch, cutting three-fourths of the way through the dough. Wash hands after handling raw dough.

6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and puffed, rotating baking sheet as needed for even browning. Cool for 30 minutes before glazing.

7. For glaze, whisk confectioners sugar and water together in a bowl until smooth, adding more water as needed to reach desired consistency. Pour over cake and immediately sprinkle with sugar, alternating colors as desired.
