- Wash hands with soap and water.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and half and half, heat until bubbles form around sides of pan.
- Whisk in chocolate chips, powdered malted milk and non-dairy creamer until chocolate has melted.
- Pour into four mugs and top with some whipped topping and a dusting of cocoa powder.
