Ingredients
Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. Line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Prepare macaroni & cheese as label directs; stir in taco seasoning. Spread macaroni mixture on prepared pan; shape into 8 x 10-inch rectangle, pressing with back of spoon to pack tightly. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Sprinkle chips over macaroni mixture; top with black beans and cheese. Bake nachos 8 minutes or until cheese melts and mac and cheese mixture is heated through.
5. Using edges of parchment paper, transfer nachos to cutting board; cut into 20 (2-inch) squares. Top nachos with lettuce, tomato, olives and chilies; serve with guacamole, salsa and/or sour cream, if desired.
