A generous amount of lobster meat and a rich, three-cheese sauce.

Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

4. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, place in a large casserole dish and set aside.

5. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons butter. Once melted, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion has soften, about 5 minutes. Place in casserole dish with pasta. Add lobster meat and toss gently to mix well and set aside.

6. In the same medium saucepan over medium heat, add remaining butter. Once melted, whisk in flour and stir until mixture becomes paste-like and light golden brown, about 5 minutes.

7. Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook, whisking often, until mixture is thick and smooth, about 5 minutes.

8. Stir in cheeses and cook until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

9. Pour cheese sauce over pasta and mix to combine. Sprinkle top evenly with breadcrumbs and bake until sauce is bubbly and top is golden brown, about 12 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.
