Lime Creamsicle Tortilla Crunch Pie

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. In a 9-inch glass pie plate, melt butter in the microwave.

4. Stir in 1 tablespoon sugar and then tortilla chips until well mixed. Press chip mixture on the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate to form a crust.

5. Bake crust for 5 minutes. Cool completely.

6. In a blender or food processor, place avocados, milk, remaining sugar, yogurt and lime juice. Process until smooth.

7. Scrape lime/yogurt mixture into prepared pie crust and freeze until firm, about 2 to 3 hours.

8. Remove pie from freezer. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.
