Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Place cucumber wedges on platter. Spread 2 teaspoons hummus in center of each wedge.

4. Top hummus with about 1 to 2 teaspoons tuna.

5. Sprinkle diced red pepper and feta cheese over top. Enjoy!
