Lemon-Mustard Sauce

1. Wash hands with soap and water

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Heat olive oil in small saucepan over medium heat. Add shallot; cook and stir about 2 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat; cool 1 minute.

4. Stir in sour cream, mustard, dill, lemon juice and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Cover; set aside.
