Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a large stock pot, combine clams, chicken stock, garlic, shallots, parsley, butter, lemon juice, thyme, sea salt and red pepper flakes. Wash hands after handling raw clams.
4. Place pot over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until clams open. After 5 minutes, discard any clams that do not open.
5. Serve with lemon wedges.
