Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

4. Tear a piece of heavy-duty tin foil, large enough to make a sealed pouch around the piece of salmon.

5. Place foil on a baking sheet and lightly spray foil with cooking spray. Place salmon on tin foil, skin side down. Wash hands after handling raw fish.

6. Season salmon with salt, pepper and dill.

7. Cut lemon in half and set aside one half. Slice other half into circles and lay on top of salmon. Top lemon slices with 4 slices of butter.

8. Lift the edges of the tin foil up around the salmon. Add wine and broth to the foil pouch. Squeeze the juice from remaining half of lemon over the salmon.

9. Seal foil pouch and bake to an internal temperature of 145 degress Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer, about 25 to 30 minutes.
