1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
2: Wash hands with soap and water.
3: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
4: In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, butter, honey, cinnamon and salt. Add noodles, apples and raisins; mix well. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw eggs.
5: Transfer mixture to prepared dish and bake for 50 minutes or until set.
