1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Add apples & water to food processor and blend.
3. Add in extract, honey and chia seeds return to blending.
4. Place pudding mixture in refrigerator to chill.
5. When ready to serve, layer pudding with KIND Healthy Grains Drizzled Salted Caramel bar pieces in single-serving cups.
