Kielbasa & Shrimp Kabobs

Fresh vegetables, smoked sausage and tender shrimp coated a umami forward sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper; divide between two large resealable plastic bags.

4. Add shrimp to one bag, seal and shake to coat. Wash hands after handling raw shrimp.

5. Add kielbasa and vegetables to the other bag, seal and shake to coat.

6. Place both bags in the refrigerator and let marinate for 1 hour.

7. Coat grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium.

8. Thread shrimp, kielbasa and vegetables onto skewers, alternating ingredients. Wash hands after handling raw shrimp.

9. Place on grill and cook for 7 minutes on each side or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
