Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Add kielbasa and onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add peas, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and water and cook for 10 minutes. Add rice, stir and reduce heat to medium.
2. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through and water is absorbed. Garnish with parsley and green onion before serving.
