Kielbasa & Rice Skillet

Smoky sausage with creamy rice and garnished with bright green onions.

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Add kielbasa and onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add peas, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and water and cook for 10 minutes. Add rice, stir and reduce heat to medium.

4. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through and water is absorbed.

5, Garnish with parsley and green onion before serving.
