Kid's Watermelon Strawberry Shake

This summer, cool your little ones down with watermelon! It contains the antioxidant lycopene which may help to protect skin from harmful sun damage. Plus, watermelon contains 92% water, making it a hydrating food everyone can benefit from!

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a blender combine yogurt, watermelon, strawberries and banana. Process until smooth and frothy.

4. Divide between 4 glasses and serve immediately.

5. To make Frozen Smoothie Pops, pour prepared shake mixture into small paper cups. Freeze, inserting popsicle sticks or plastic spoons when mixture is partially frozen. Allow to set completely and enjoy.
