1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Pour Greek yogurt, 1/2-cup Reddi-wip, blackberries and ice into blender container. Blend until smooth. Add 1/4-cup water if needed to help it blend.

4. Pour blackberry smoothies into 2 serving glasses and top each keto-friendly smoothie with additional Reddi-wip if desired.
