Recipe by:



  1. Wash hands with soap and water. 
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. In a large bowl, combine both soups, mixed vegetables, cooked chicken, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix well. Divide mixture evenly among 4 2-cup ramekins.
  4. Place puff pastry sheet on a cutting board and cut in half. Then cut in half again to form 4 squares.
  5. Gently top each ramekin with a square of dough.
  6. Brush each pastry lightly with egg white. Wash hands after handling raw dough and egg.
  7. Using a fork, poke a few holes in the top of each pie to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake until crusts are golden brown and filling is bubbly, about 15-20 minutes.
