Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, cayenne pepper, salt to taste, garlic, shallots and spinach; fold in shrimp.
3. Spoon mixture into a large oven-safe baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray; top with cheese.
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
