Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and running water.
2. Line shallow baking with parchment paper, set aside. pan
3. Place wafers and cocoa mix in food processor bowl; pulse until wafers are fine crumbs. Add pudding and whipped topping; pulse until mixture comes together and forms a ball.
4. Add marshmallows; pulse until marshmallows are cut into small pieces.
5. Roll wafer mixture into individual 1-inch balls; place in pan. Freeze 30 minutes or until set.
6. Place baking chips and oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds; stir. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds more or until softened; stir until mixture is melted completely.
7. Handle truffles one at a time: roll in mixture until evenly coated; remove with fork, allowing excess to drip off; place in pan and sprinkle with colored sugar, if desired.
8. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
9. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
