Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, garlic, soy sauce and lime juice; reserve a third.

4. Place remaining half of honey mixture in an extra-large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken wings and salt and pepper to taste. Wash hands after handling raw chicken. Seal and toss to coat; let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

5. Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium heat. Place chicken on grill, cover and cook, turning often, for 26 to 28 minutes or until almost cooked through; discard used marinade.

6. Place grilled wings in a large bowl, add reserved honey mixture and toss to coat well.

7. Serve wings garnished with lime wedges, chili pepper slices and parsley if desired.
