DirectionsNote: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a large bowl combine cereal, oats, raisins, cherries, almonds and sunflower seeds.
2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, coconut oil and sugar. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in almond butter and vanilla extract. Pour over cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.
3. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly coat with cooking spray. Press mixture into pan until flat and even. Cover and place in freezer for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into bars. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
