Homemade Tortilla Chips

Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. In a small bowl, combine oil and lime juice.

4. Lightly brush each tortilla with lime/oil mixture and sprinkle with a little sea salt; cut into wedges.

5. Place on baking sheets, lightly coated with cooking spray and bake for 6 minutes. Rotate pan and bake for 6 minutes or until tortillas are crisp, but not too brown; remove from oven and let cool.
