Herb Garlic Marinade

Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a food processor, combine herbs, garlic and vinegar; process until slightly chunky; season to taste with salt and pepper. With motor running, slowly add oil and process until incorporated.
4. Transfer to a bowl, cover and let sauce marinate for minimum a of 2 hours or overnight. Store in an airtight jar or container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator. Great with beef, fish and chicken.
