Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water.
3. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, cook ground turkey and onion until turkey is no longer pink and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit on a food thermometer. Break up large clumps of turkey with a spoon. Wash hands with soap and water after handling uncooked turkey. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
4. Cover, reduce heat, and let simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve garnished with parsley if desired.
