Recipe by:




1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh prduce.

3. In a large soup pot over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes

4. Add potatoes, ham, corn and chicken broth. Cover and let cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

5. In a medium bowl, combine cornstarch and milk and whisk until smooth; stir into soup. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.

6. Stir in cheese and sour cream until cheese is melted; season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with herbs.
