Ground Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add ground turkey and cook for 8-10 minutes or until temperature reaches 165°F as verified with an instant-read food thermometer. Wash hands after handling raw poultry.
2. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and pepper; reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
4. Serve in lettuce leaves topped with carrots, peanuts, cilantro and your favorite Asian dipping sauce.
