Recipe by:



1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a large skillet, over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add ground turkey and cook until temperature reaches 165°F as verified with an instant-read food thermometer, about 10 minutes. Wash hands after handling raw poultry.

4. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.

5. Add hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until sauce is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

6. Serve in lettuce leaves topped with carrots, peanuts, cilantro and your favorite Asian dipping sauce.
