Grilled Swordfish with Fruit Salsa

Enjoy the summer heat with this nutritious dinner that requires little prep and is so fresh and light! Our grilled swordfish is packed with protein, but not fat and calories and cooks fast on the grill.

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. In a large bowl, combine nectarine, kiwifruit, black beans, scallion and bell pepper. Drizzle the orange and lime juices over top and toss gently to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper, place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
2. Spray grill rack with cooking spray, set it about 4 to 5 inches from the heat source and preheat to medium.
3. Spray both sides of fish steaks with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place fish steaks on grill and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until the flesh is opaque and flakes when tested with a fork.
6. Serve topped with salsa.
