1. Wash hands with soap and running water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. Prepare an outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese, relish and mustard.

4. Sprinkle both sides of burgers with seasoning and place on hot grill rack; cover and cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with a instant read food thermometer, about 10 minutes, turning once. During last 2 minutes of cooking, top burgers with Cheddar cheese and place buns, cut side down, on hot grill rack; cover and cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.

5. Spread cut sides of buns with cream cheese mixture; serve burgers in buns topped with lettuce and tomato.

Chef Tip: To grind pickling spice, use a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
