1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a medium bowl, combine oil, lime juice, garlic, honey, chili powder, paprika, soy sauce, hot sauce and salt and pepper. Pour into a large, shallow dish. Add chicken legs and turn to coat. Wash hands after handling raw chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
4. Coat grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium.
5. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Wash hands after handling raw chicken. Grill chicken for 25 minutes, turning occasionally, or until temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit as verified on an instant-read food thermometer.
