1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse limes under cold running water prior to prepping.
3. In a medium bowl, combine oil, lime juice, garlic, honey, chili powder, paprika, soy sauce, hot sauce and salt and pepper. Pour into a large, shallow dish. Add chicken legs and turn to coat. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
4. Coat grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium.
5. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw chicken. Grill chicken for 25 minutes, turning occasionally, or until temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit as verified on an instant-read food thermometer.
