Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Heat grill. Rinse all fresh produce under cold running water at pat dry prior to prepping. Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness, then wash hands again after handling raw chicken.
3. Mix chili powder, paprika, lime peel, oregano, sugar and salt. Sprinkle over chicken.
4. Drizzle onions with oil. Place onion wedges and corn on grill over medium heat. Grill 5 minutes.
5. Add the chicken grill. Cook 8-10 minutes or until 165 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read thermometer, turning once.
6. Turn corn and onion wedges frequently. Remove food from grill and cover to keep warm.
7. Grill tortillas for about 30 seconds, turning once. Cover to keep warm.
8. Cut chicken into thin strips. Separate onion into layers. Cut corn from cobs. Assemble tacos with chicken, vegetables, and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
