Grapefruit Salad with Orange Champagne Vinaigrette
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse fresh produce.
- In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, shallots and vinegar. Whisk in oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a large serving bowl add salad greens. Top with grapefruit and pine nuts. 3. Serve with vinaigrette.
