Glazed Carrots with Parsley
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
3. In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring carrots and broth to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender and liquid is almost absorbed.
4. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, brown sugar, honey, salt and pepper. Add to carrots and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes to glaze carrots; stir in butter. Serve garnished with parsley.
