1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a large saucepot, heat all ingredients to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 15 minutes or until cranberries burst, stirring occasionally.

4. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature and refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled. Serve garnished with orange zest, if desired.

Chef Tip: Serve cranberry sauce over sliced turkey.
