Garlic and Herb Roasted Pork

Note: Wash hands with soap and water.
1. Place pork roast in a shallow dish; pour dressing over top and flip to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Remove roast from marinade and place on a rack in a roasting pan; discard used marinade. Press garlic and herbs onto top and sides of roast; season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Roast for 1 hour or until internal temperature on a meat thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove roast from oven, tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
