1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. In a blender, combine ice cream, Irish cream liqueur, coffee-flavored liqueur, vodka and rum. Blend until smooth.

3. Drizzle inside of two glasses with chocolate syrup. Divide ice cream mixture between the glasses, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
