French Silk Chocolate Pie

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt 4 ounces chocolate in microwave on high for 40 seconds; remove and stir. Continue to melt chocolate on high in 15-second intervals until chocolate is smooth and melted.
  3. In a medium bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together cream cheese, marshmallow crème, pudding mix, milk and melted chocolate until well blended.
  4. Spoon into premade crust; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. When ready to serve, slightly heat remaining chocolate in microwave for 5 to 8 seconds on high to soften. Shave chocolate with a vegetable peeler to create the shavings.
  6. Spray whipped topping around edges of pie and garnish with the chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
