Fluffy Waffles made w/Coffee-mate Creamer
Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Combine egg yolks, creamer, milk and sugar. Whisk until the mixture is light yellow.
3. Combine flour and baking powder gently, just until combined. Stir butter in slowly, to prevent the eggs form scrambling.
4. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold egg whites into batter, but try not to break the egg white structure, as it adds to the fuffiness of the waffles.
5. Scoop batter, about 1/3 cup per waffle into heated and greased waffle iron and cook until fully set.
