Ingredients

Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper and minced herbs.

4. Rub both sides of steak with 1 tablespoon oil and salt mixture. Wash hands after handling raw steak.

5. In a cast iron skillet or on a flat top grill, over medium-high heat, add remaining oil. Add steak and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness is reached.

6. Remove from skillet or grill, wrap in foil and let stand for 5 minutes.

7. Heat skillet or flat top to low heat; add butter. Once melted, add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for 4 minutes or until lightly golden; season to taste with salt.

8. Slice steak diagonally across the grain into thin strips. Spoon garlic butter over steak and serve.
