Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. In a blender, combine pineapple chunks and coconut water; blend until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and stir in rum.
3. Fill 2 glasses halfway with ice and add some pineapple mixture and top each with some hard seltzer.
