1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.2. Wash hands with soap and water.
3. Coat an 8x4-inch loaf pan generously with no-stick cooking spray.
4. In a large bowl, combine quick bread mix (large clear package), nutmeg, eggnog, oil, eggs and rum extract, if using. Wash hands with soap and water after handling raw eggs.
5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup of the swirl mix (small clear packet). Pour remaining quick bread batter over swirl mix. Drizzle remaining swirl mix on top.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool on rack for 20 minutes.
7. Drizzle glaze (glaze packet) over cooled loaf.
