1: Wash hands with soap and water.
2: Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water prior to prepping.
3: In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion for 8 minutes or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer, stirring to break up large clumps. Wash hands after handling raw beef.
4: Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, tomato paste, chili powder and garlic powder. Simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until thickened. Serve on bulky rolls.
