1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse fresh produce.
3. In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion for 8 minutes or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit as verified with an instant-read food thermometer, stirring to break up large clumps. Wash hands after handling raw beef.
4. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, tomato paste, chili powder and garlic powder. Simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until thickened. Serve on bulky rolls.
