Easy Pumpkin Pancakes

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients until combined.

3. Heat griddle over medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray and drop batter by 1/4-cups onto hot pan.

4. Reduce heat slightly and cook pancakes 2 to 3 minutes on one side, or until edges begin to bubble. Flip and cook another 1 to 2 minutes until cooked through.

5. Repeat with remaining batter and enjoy!
