Easy Mexican Tostadas

Recipe Thumbnail
Serving: 4

Savory refried beans topped with seasoned vegetables and crumbled cheese.

If packaged Tostada Shells are not available, substitute with 12 Corn Tortillas. To fry shells before serving, heat 1/4-inch vegetable oil in a deep skillet until hot. Place tortillas in hot oil, one at a time, and cook for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain and sprinkle with salt, if desired.
