Directions
1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Combine finely crushed pretzels, brown sugar and melted butter together. Set aside 3 tablespoons for pie topping.
4. Firmly press remaining mixture on bottom and up the sides of an 9-inch pie plate.
5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack about 30 minutes before filling.
6. While the crust is cooling, lightly thaw ice cream, about 10 minutes.
7. When crust is cool, spread bottom with ice cream.
8. Sprinkle edge of ice cream with remaining crushed pretzel mixture and transfer to the freezer for 1 1/2 hours to harden.
