Directions1. Wash hands with soap and water.
2. Rinse all fresh produce items under cold running water.
3. Cook meatballs according to package directions; transfer to a large saucepan. Add pasta sauce and let simmer over low heat.
4. Place a large frying pan over medium heat; add oil. Once hot, add onion and sauté for 3 minutes or until onion begins to soften. Add bell peppers and sauté for 7 minutes or until peppers are tender.
5. Preheat oven to broil.
6. On bottom half of sub roll, add 2 slices provolone cheese. Add some sautéed peppers and onion 5 meatballs with some sauce, and top with 1 slice provolone cheese cut in half. Repeat with remaining sub rolls. Place subs on a cookie sheet and toast in the oven for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
