Directions

1. Wash hands with soap and water.

2. Rinse fresh produce.

3. In a large, deep saucepan over medium heat, add oil. Once hot, add onions and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring often.

4. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes or until all liquid is gone and sauce thickens.

5. Transfer to a food processor and process until slightly chunky; transfer to a bowl.

6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
